Are you affiliated with Flippa?
No. RightFlipper is an independent buyer-focused service and is not an official Flippa partner. We can assess listings from Flippa and other digital business marketplaces.
Which package should I choose?
Essential Check provides initial screening. Complete Due Diligence adds a deeper evidence review, valuation and ongoing email-only follow-up on the report, including review of new evidence or seller updates about the same listing within scope. Acquisition Partner includes this email support plus 14 calendar days of additional email assistance for the same acquisition and transfer planning. No calls are included. When does the delivery estimate begin?
The turnaround begins after required information and evidence are received. Missing evidence and complexity may affect the estimate. We do not promise delivery based only on the payment date.
Can I pay before the seller provides evidence?
Yes, where appropriate. We retain the assignment as Awaiting Evidence until the required materials are available; the review clock has not started while required evidence is missing.
How do I share confidential documents?
Share a Google Drive file or folder link. If access is restricted, our reviewer will request access through Google Drive; Google will notify you so you can approve the request. You do not need to enable “Anyone with the link.” Only use link-wide access if you accept that anyone with the URL may be able to view the files. We do not upload or store document contents here, and a link alone does not confirm access.
Do you guarantee fraud detection or future returns?
No. Our assessment is limited to available evidence and agreed scope. We flag gaps and risks but cannot guarantee fraud detection, future performance or transaction prices.
Can you access my private analytics automatically?
No. Private Google Analytics, Search Console, code or financial records require authorized access or evidence supplied by you or the seller.
What is included in post-acquisition assistance?
Complete Due Diligence includes ongoing email-only support on the report and review of new seller evidence or updates for the same listing within the agreed scope; no phone or video calls are included. Acquisition Partner includes this support plus 14 calendar days of post-report email assistance for seller questions and transfer planning for the same acquisition. No calls are included. Neither package includes unrelated listings, unlimited migration or development, legal work, or ongoing business operations.
